Gulf Shores Girls Weekend

On a quest for some new fashions, a hotel with a hot tub, and some out of town fun, we went to Gulf Shores, Alabama on Saturday. What a fantastic weekend getaway! We ate at Lambert's Cafe (home of the 'throwed' rolls) and did quite a bit of shopping at the Tanger Outlets. It was wonderful to get out of town and have a little change of pace while still enjoying the beautiful scenery and amenities of the Gulf Coast. We caught a sunset from the shores of Orange Beach just before heading home on Sunday evening and the view of the silhouette of all our shopping bags against the vibrant pink sky out of the back window was a picture perfect end to an outstanding weekend.
